  Strike points are numbered for accuracy. Hands inside win. Hands outside lose.  We teach you how to win every time.  Hands in holsters on step one and fist and facemask on step two.  Thumbs always up.

  Every step is mapped. First step, second step, and follow-through are tied to the numbering system so you stay balanced and powerful.
